Guacamole

Ingredients

4 large avocados

1/4 c olive oil

2 limes, juiced

1 1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 c chopped tomato

1/4 c chopped onion

1-2 Tbsp chopped cilantro

Directions

Mix together avocado, olive oil, lime juice, and seasoning. I like to leave my avocado whole and then mix together with a fork so it stays a little chunky.

Once you get to the consistency you desire, add in your tomato, onion and cilantro, then mix.

Dig in!

TNK Tips

If your avocado is a little hard, chop it up on your cutting board after peeling it, or slice it with knife and fork in a glass bowl.

Be very gentle when removing the pit. I do recommend buying yourself a specific slicer for avocados if you decide to make this a lot.

Dip your favorite tortilla chip or veggie for a great snack or appetizer.

Top on top of your favorites foods; tacos, toasted sourdough bread, salad, eggs, etc.
