Apple Smoothie

Ingredients

1 medium Apple sliced

1/2 c frozen cauliflower rice

1 c dairy free milk (I used oat milk.)

1/3 c oats (option to use gluten free)

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1 heaping tbsp nut butter 

2 tbsp ground flaxseed

Directions

Blend all ingredients.

TNK Tips

If your apple isn’t cold, it helps to add ice when blending, or pour over ice.

Great for a healthy breakfast.

Enjoy before or after your workout.
