Tomato, Cucumber and Feta Salad
Ingredients
1 cucumber, chopped
2 Roma tomatoes, chopped
1/2 red onion, chopped
3-4 Tbsp olive oil
3-4 Tbsp feta, crumbled
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried parsley
Directions
Combine your vegetables with olive oil, feta and seasoning.

Top with cooked salmon for a healthy meal.
