Roasted Chickpeas

Ingredients

1 15 oz can chickpeas

2 Tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp paprika

1/4 tsp chili powder

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

Directions

Drain and rinse one can of chickpeas. Spread out on a clean kitchen towel to dry. Use a second clean kitchen towel to pat dry. Peel off any outer layers of the skin that is falling off the chickpeas.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Once chickpeas are dry, spread on a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Pour olive oil over chickpeas and ensure each chickpea is covered.

Cook chickpeas for 15 minutes and then remove sheet from over and mix chickpeas around. Cook for another 10 minutes.

While chickpeas are cooking, in a small bowl mix together all seasoning.

Remove chickpeas from oven and toss with seasoning mix.
