Berry Green Smoothie

Ingredients

1/2 C frozen riced cauliflower

1/2 - 3/4 C frozen mixed berries

1 - 2 handfuls fresh spinach

1 C coconut milk

2 Tbsp spirulina

Directions

Add cauliflower, berries, spinach, coconut milk, and spirulina to a blender. Blend until all ingredients are mixed together and broken down.


TNK Tips

Add water to get smoothie to blend together if its not breaking down completely.

If you are knew to using spirulina, add a spoonful of a nut butter to help cover the grass-like taste.

Enjoy for breakfast or a mid-morning snack.
