Easy Spicy Shrimp

Ingredients

1 lb. deveined and peeled shrimp

3 Tbsp, extra virgin olive oil

2 limes juice

1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. pepper

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

1/4 tsp. chili powder

1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Directions

Mix shrimp with 2 Tbs of EVOO, juice of 1 lime and seasoning. Let it marinade in fridge for 15 - 20 minutes. Heat 1 Tbs of EVOO over low-medium heat. Sear shrimp for about 3 minutes per side. Squeeze fresh lime on top before serving.


Tips

To save on time, buy ready to peel shrimp.

Serve warm as your taco filling.
