Roasted Sage Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

3 sweet potatoes, cubed

¼ cup Olive oil

1 tsp Paprika

1 tsp Sage

1 tsp ginger

1 tsp oregano

1 tsp parsley

1 tsp Garlic

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp pepper

½ tsp mustard powder

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Mix cubed sweet potato with olive oil. Mix seasoning together in a small bowl. Pour seasoning over sweet potatoes in batches. This ensures they are all evenly coated.

Spread evenly onto one or two baking sheets. Bake for 30 – 35 minutes, tossing about halfway through.

After baking, store in a oven safe dish, so you can serve hot during your Thanksgiving meal
