Cinnamon Blueberry Oatmeal
Ingredients
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. coconut milk
1/2 c. old fashioned oats
1/2 c. blueberries
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. maple syrup
Directions
Bring mix of water and coconut milk to a boil. Stir in oats. Cook for a few minutes and then mix in blueberries, cinnamon, vanilla extract and maple syrup. Cook for another couple of minutes until blueberries start to break down.
Top with extra blueberries, cinnamon, or coconut flakes.
Tips
If you do not have blueberries on hand, use a different berry, or sub frozen.
Sub honey or agave extract for maple syrup.
